  • Patton is a sought after studio musician, instructor and touring musician.
  • He enjoys seeing his students get enjoyment and having success while learning banjo, guitar and standup bass from him and then being able to play and learn songs independently. 
  • His easy going and laid back personality make it easy to have fun while learning from Pat.
  • Aside from his vast teaching and playing experience Patton also worked for Gibson Musical Instruments in Nashville building Banjos, Mandolins and Dobros. 
  • Patton toured with Marty Raybon (of Shenandoah) and Bradley Walker (IBMA Male Vocalist of the year) and currently tours with his band Volume 5 (topped the bluegrass air play charts March, 2012) and can be heard regularly on Sirius/XM, Pandora radio and radio stations around the country!
